These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with New Zealand law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Liability and Contractual Obligations
No other statements in the training materials, on the website or email correspondence may be taken to imply any contractual obligation by Zeacann Ltd.

End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
As a user of Zeacann Ltd., you are solely responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of them. You are also solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your first name, last name, password, prescriber number and email address and all activities that are conducted through your account.
Users will create their password when registering to the platform. You must not share your password with anyone else.
